Abstract	With respect to the problem of large group decision-making based on utility valued preference information, the paper puts forward the entropy weight method to appraise members' information, to predigest calculates. Then the paper classifies members using cluster analysis with weights, to get members' weights and concentrate members' preference information. Finally, the paper uses degree of opinion reflection index to measure the degree of members' opinion reflected by decision-making result, and compares it with threshold value that is established before decision-making. If the index is bigger than the threshold value, we can ratify decision- making result, contrarily we must amend avail vector of correlative member according to the degree of opinion difference index, and do decision-making again, until we get satisfying decision-making result.
