Abstract	Knowledge push has been a new research field in knowledge management. For meeting the post knowledge demand of knowledge-based organization, this paper proposed a design on post knowledge push system. Firstly, the concepts of knowledge-based organization and knowledge push were introduced. Then the real knowledge demand was analyzed. Secondly, a design frame of post knowledge push system for knowledge-based organization was put forward to solve the problem that knowledge worker can not get the knowledge support for making decision timely and accurately. And the key components of the design frame were described in detail. Finally, the mentioned design was proved to be feasible via an instance. By using the post knowledge push system, the organizational knowledge management level is improved.
