Abstract	The development of the service industry is a significant symbol for measuring the level of economy and the modernization. Promoting the service industry's development, especially the modern one's, is a strategic method for enhancing citizens'quality on economy and running. Meanwhile, it is an inevitable choice to realize social coordination and the sustainable development. In view of this point, it is necessary for us to analyze and study the inner law of service industry and then guide its further development. Regarding service industry as the study object, this paper discusses deeply about the law and trend of its structure on long-term evolving, which is be considered as basis on adjusting and optimizing the structure of service industry in Zhenjiang, so as to induce it to develop healthily. Generally speaking, adopting the comparative and dynamic analysis and the empirical research method, this paper draws the conclusion, which has a vital practical significance on understanding development law of service industry, hierarchical of internal structure and the readjustment and optimization of the economic structure ,economic development, and build an overall well-to-do society.
