Abstract	Logistics synergy is an effective way to reduce logistics costs and improve the quality of logistics services in region. The present researches are concentrated on the collaborative methods and the choice of partners, but never think the methods of performance appraisal. A new concept, cooperative intensity between logistics enterprises in region, is proposed. The main effect factors of regional logistics cooperation are summarized which includes collaborative gravitation and collaborative resistance. Gravity model is taken to quantify the collaborative gravitation. So the cooperation gravitation is proportional to the competitiveness of the enterprises and reversely proportional to the distance. Synergy benefits and synergy costs are taken into account to calculate the collaborative resistance. On this basis, the model to calculate the whole cooperation intensity is presented and so is the involving the calculation methods of vertical and horizontal synergy, which provides a new research method for the evaluation of logistics cooperation in region.
