Abstract	The hot mix asphalt which make asphalt mixture models at normal mixture and compaction temperature, and adding Sasobit specimens which make asphalt mixture models at the circumstances of the mixture and compaction temperature respectively lower than matrix asphalt 15 °C and 20 °C, through wheel rutting test, bending test, Marshall immersion test and freeze-thaw splitting test, studied the asphalt mixture pavement performance. It is indicated that, after adding Sasobit, the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture improved significantly, water stability improved modestly, low temperature stability have barely budged. In addition, this article also made a quantitative analysis of the effect of energy saving and emission reduction for asphalt mixture, that every tons of asphalt mixture production will economize about 12 yuan.
