Abstract	With the Internet medicine market continues to develop, the entry qualification and automated auditing techniques for the ontology of Internet medicine market play an increasingly important role in the market construction. This paper studies on the entry qualification system for the features of entry qualification for the ontology of Internet medicine market. This paper also proposes an automated auditing system which satisfies the access requirements of Internet medicine market with the combination of current popular techniques. These research works could play a positive role to the standardization of the Internet medicine market.
