Abstract	Building energy conservation and fire safety are both important to us in the old housing renewal. More and more energy saving buildings in the fires caused the loss of the lives and property. For different external wall insulation system, construction of the fire science technology appropriately and strengthen the overall transformation of the system is an effective way to solve the energy conservation and fire safety of old housing renewal. In this paper, the main object of study is the “exterior renewal of existing building”. Find out the integrated solutions for energy conservation, fire protection, decoration and other issues. Provide the theoretical guidance and technical support for our comprehensive renewal in our country.
