NDLI: Economic Analysis on Coal Enterprise Behavior Patterns Based on the Safety and Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Investment

Abstract	As for coal enterprise, whether it should maximize profit, or maximize sales for the target that more beneficial to development of coal enterprise and coal industry, which is always a study problem in economy circles. Economics theory is applied in this thesis, infer that coal enterprise' target profit of seeking sales maximization is lower than maximal possibility profit, and more Safety -Energy Conservation and Cut-downing Blowoff Invests than that seeks profit Maximization, which is advantageous for improve safety level for coal enterprise. While safety fixed cost increases, coal enterprise' coal price and coal output are invariable for that seeks profit maximization, but others enterprise that seeks sales maximization will cut down output and improve coal price. For that sales maximization, which will improve coal price, cut down coal output, after increasing safety invests. At last, the thesis bring forward that government ought to guide coal enterprise manage seeking sales maximization, but be no profit maximization, thereby government should formulate the coal enterprise' Safety -Energy Conservation and Cut-downing Blowoff policy according to coal enterprise target, that is beneficial to coal enterprise' increases Safety -Energy Conservation and Cut-downing Blowoff Invests, at the same time, which is beneficial to controlling coal output and price , beneficial to health develops for our country coal industry.
