Abstract	As a particular agricultural and vernacular landscape. Terrace land has been generated by long-time experiences accumulating in farming. It is a sustainable land use model, which is satisfy human living and survival needs. Based on the case study of Baiyangdian region, the research illustrate the structure, functions, values of the Terrace Land system evaluated by Ecological Services and the great ecological issue: plants spreads and swamping greatly in the basin. And based on landscape ecology, geographical information system and Relative Theory, the discussion is made to offer a set of management system for Terrace Land: 1) Analyze the regional Eco-hydrology in Baiyangdian basin ; 2) Research into the relationship between plants spreading and swamping; 3) establish the management system of Eco-hydrology and Terrace Land Patterns co-control on swamp vegetation swamping. At the end, the issue would be studied in a deep-going way in the future research.
