Abstract | During the development of simulation model of wet flue gas desulphurization (WFGD) in power plant the ordinary differential equations model is developed for the part about which the knowledge is completed. On the other hand based on qualitative knowledge and few data samples a fuzzy T-S model is developed for the part about which the complete knowledge is not obtained. The way to construct the fuzzy T-S simulation model based on the qualitative knowledge and few sample data of the complex system is also discussed. A hybrid real-time simulation model of WFGD is obtained which include quantitive model based on first-law of system and qualitative model. The simulation result indicate the way of hybrid modeling and simulation is effective for modeling and simulation of complex system |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
