Abstract	In the present communication, we attempt to determine which of the two methods of teaching and learning (in-class / online) is more effective for the acquisition of competences in conflict management in schools. To do this, it is designed and implemented a pilot programme called "Workshop on Coexistence. E-TALCO" in both modalities. We have a representative sample of students of the Master's degree in Secondary School Teaching, Vocational Training and Language Teaching Training at the University of Salamanca, in 2011--12. From the analysis of the data, we conclude that the most appropriate methodology for the acquisition of competences related to conflict resolution includes the combination of both modalities, known as b-learning.
