Abstract	An empirical analysis on relevant data of 132 service enterprises in Zhejiang Province reveals that 47.7% leaders attributed core competitiveness of service enterprises to corporate culture, and the followed regression analysis showed that leader's dynamic traits and exchange traits affected the competitiveness of service enterprises, in more specific, leader's dynamic traits affected the management competitiveness while the exchange traits affected the technology competitiveness.
