Abstract	This paper stands on the perspective of smart grid and smart electricity needs, presenting the concept of distributed power, making depth study on two levels of “Plug and Play” device information exchange and “Plug and Play” management technology after that. Firstly, the paper presents status of research studies at home and abroad. On this basis, for different forms of distributed power access, the paper proposes two different types of distributed power “plug and play” solutions, makes system development, and finally shows the system.
