NDLI: The fitting analysis on the impacts of Zhengzhou rail transit line 1 to residential price

Abstract	Zhengzhou rail transit line 1 is the first in Henan. It is necessary to research the impacts of rail transit to residential price. At present, we have already done the empirical analysis based 707 data from second-hand housing market and obtained some conclusions. But we do not know if they are suitable for the new housing market. Based on it, we collected data sample for the new housing market. We used the qualitative analysis method for two groups. At last, we drew some conclusions: The influence scope in BRT group is also about 1000m; the influence scope in CBD group is also about 1500m; within the influence scope, the rail transit can result in promoting residential housing value. They coincide with conclusions of the empirical analysis. It shows that all of conclusions can be applied to the whole housing market. It is significant for persons of Urban Rail Transit and the real estate business.
