Abstract	In the ecological construction of sports cultures in ChangZhuTan Rural Communities, there exist such problems that the policy guidance for facility construction, fund investment, personnel security etc. greatly lags behind the two-type society construction in matching measures, there is no concrete substantial support due to lack of experience in the prophase, and the ecological notion of the inhabitants of the community is weak, etc. Therefore, we should consolidate the guidance role of the government, set down developing plans, make relevant guiding documents and work out concrete measures for the ecological construction of sports cultures in rural community in a scientific manner, expand experiment zone and to advance the construction comprehensively, promulgate the consciousness of ecological sports, make out eco-sports code of conduct, strengthen the moral construction of ecological sports, and set up the value notion of ecological sports.
