| Abstract | Summary form only given. Formation of overmolecular complexes in biological liquids such as serum of blood is essential feature of functioning of an organism both at normal and various pathological conditions. Experimental stimulation of these processes is inspired by many reasons, including inlet of nanostructures into the blood system. Experimental results of investigation of interaction of Ag, Cu, Fe, and Pt nanostructures water dispersions, which were produced at treatment of water by pulsed electric discharges (PED) with serum of human blood, are presented. It was shown that the interaction is agglutination of albumins and lipoproteins on the nanostructures, thus, the higher concentration of nanoparticles in serum, the larger aggregations are formed. At early stages of interaction rather small aggregations of albuminous and immunoglobulins are formed, and then lipoproteins are agglutinate. Finally, large aggregations of hydrodynamic radius more than 2000 nm are formed. The effects of all kinds of nanoparticles on the serum are similar and are differed only quantitatively. These distinctions are depending on the size of nanoparticles' aggregations in water dispersion. |

It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
