NDLI: Study on the flexible developing model of circular economy of coal enterprise

Abstract	The development of Chinese coal enterprises has been restricted by the absence of drive on institution and a general strategic planning and the lack of features and innovations in form when developing circular economy. In this paper, the idea of flexibly developing circular economy has been put forward in order to adapt to the complicated and volatile maket. First of all, the flexibly developing capacity of coal enterprise should be improved from all stages of the coal lifecycles. Secondly, the whole benefit and risk control should be paid more attention to when the flexibly developing capacity of coal enterprise is improved. Finally, the model of flexibly developing circular economy of coal Enterprise has been given according to the coal enterprise's own peculiarity.
