Abstract	The area of traditional residence was taken a big knock, due to the strict regulation and control of government recent years. In order to decrease the negative influence of policies and use the opportunity of the transformation of residence real estate and develop new profit model to make sure the profit space and continuous development of residence real estate enterprises. By analyzing the new development of residence real estate, point out that the direction of residence real estate's transformation is segment new market. Based on the elaboration of traditional profit model of real estate development, combined with the new development, the study proposes some new profit models for indemnificatory housing, tourism estate and endowment real estate separately, in order to provide practicable profit models for the transformation of the residence real estate.
