NDLI: An Empirical Study on Diagnosing and Overcoming Business Gene's Vulnerability

Abstract	Similar to the genes of creature organism, business genes determine all traits of enterprise. Defects in business gene will result in its vulnerability consequentially, as well reduce its immunity, and then, increase the probability of business crisis or risk. Therefore, it is very crucial to maintain business gene's perfectness and robustness, realize business's resistance to vicious environmental inducement by detecting and repairing business's defected genes, and overcoming business gene's vulnerability. In this paper, we try to find how to reduce the factors which affect business gene's vulnerability as well extract the smallest diagnosis rule employing Bayesian Rough Set model, to diagnose the target business gene's vulnerability. Based on the results, we find that, the specific gene segments located on the soft chain of business gene, critically impact business gene's robustness or vulnerability. That's why, in this paper, it's strongly recommended that enhancing a business soft competence is really vital to overcome business gene's vulnerability.
