NDLI: The Research of Business Intelligence CIMS System Model

Abstract	The intelligent CIMS system is a new integrated system model of intelligence production. It organically coordinates intelligent activities and intelligent equipments throughout the design, development and implementation of the whole CIMS project, and thus integrates in a flexible way the entire enterprise manufacturing processes from raw material acquisition, ordering, product quality assurance, and production to marketing and so on to improve the overall efficiency. This article studies the enterprise intelligent CIMS system model, and proposes that the enterprise CIMS intelligent system is not an independent system parallel to application projects, but it is attached to the production units, scattered and incorporated in the components of various production units for achieving their objectives and tasks. In the information organization and structure of the system, not only is the database used, but also the knowledge base is introduced. It can effectively help decision-making managers fully analyze and synthesize existing control and management data and knowledge, make more comprehensive judgments in the management of production scheduling and control, and thus the enterprise productivity is improved.
