Abstract	Supply-chain Management has become an important way to improve market adaptability and competitiveness of modern company. Under the support of E-Business technology, from the whole process of material purchasing to product sales finishing, the whole supply chain can achieve integration network information-transmission and information-processing, and effectively improve the enterprise's production and management efficiency. This essay regards the supply chain management under the support of E-Business technology as researching target. It analysis the characteristics and support technology of Supply-chain Management based on E-Business platform, and in order to enrich the content of the theoretical research on supply-chain system, it design a structure to the supply-chain system.
