Abstract	With the economic and technical development, e-business has been taking up an important position in different fields, not to say the medicine distribution industry. E-business model has brought along a new breaking point for the innovation of medicine distribution industry, namely, through the analysis of this industry, seven requirements for its innovation can be obtained. Under the guidance of these requirements and also the Value-chain and Value-net theories, the paper builds up three medicine e-business platform models, after carefully examining the unique characteristics of China's medicine distribution industry. These three models will not only be conducive to winning more advantages and profits for companies but also sets an example for the future development of medicine distribution industry.
