NDLI: Customized E-Government Foresight Model in Iran

Abstract	The emergence of networked information systems lead to strategic official agencies which they can achieve to their objectives successfully using e-business capabilities. Along with development of information systems, the official agencies suppose to make a better way for advance services offered by e-government in any layer of the society. The main feature of the new 5-years Iran development plan is the adoption with the objectives of Iran’ 2025 development visions. This paper aims to review the foresight and its functionalities and investigation of the current situation of e-government in Iran; furthermore, the application of e-government in other countries will be studied. In addition, the capabilities of foresight and its experience advantages of e-government foresight will be analyze by meta-synthesis method. Finally a customized model for e-government foresight in Iran will be proposed
