| Abstract | A novel high efficiency polymorphic topology converter whose input range extends to 200~800 Vdc, while the high line input efficiency is still maintained is presented in this paper. By integrated a novel three-level HB $L^{2}C$ converter and a conventional PSFB converter together, the proposed converter intelligently estimate the input voltage condition and automatically change its internal topology forms to be the most efficient. Therefore, the conversion efficiency for low line input would not downgrade too much and high line efficiency gains back, where the overall efficiency curve exhibits as a "V" type and optimizes. Besides, ZVS and ZCS switching advantages are still be featured in the very two internal topologies themselves, and only one set of circuit components is adopted to implement both of these two topologies to be cost-effective, based on the nearly the same voltage/current stress of the main components. The detail operation principles, as well as the design considerations, were presented. A prototype aiming at network and telecom system of 200~800 V input, 54 V/10 A output, whose full load conversion efficiency is all above 91.48%, was developed to verify the validity and applicability of this topology. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
