Somewhere along the path to manager, director, or CIOs, many of us became meeting loving idiots along the way. Well, not really idiots, but losing touch with the daily realities of front line service could make it seem that way. Here is your opportunity to get a glimpse into the various checkpoints along the management path and the sort of competencies that must be developed by design or experience and how that impacts everyone in the organization.
