| Abstract | The aim of the study was to investigate perceptions of Physical Education teachers about health education and health crosscutting theme in school. Participated in the study case, eight teachers of Physical Education High School Federal of Santa Maria-RS. We used a semi-structured questionnaire. Interpretation of the results was performed by categorizing according to Content Analysis. The results showed that teachers this study can measure the importance of health issue in the development at school space. Concluded that despite the recognition of the importance, teachers lack means and strategies for the development of the transversal themes. |
