| Abstract | This research set out as a general objective to determine the relationship between human talent management and police performance in the Directorate of Investigations of the inspector General of the National Police of Peru, 2018. The method used was hypothetically deductive, the type of basic research, of descriptive-correlational level, of quantitative focus; Non-experimental-transversal design. The population was formed by 100 auxiliaries of the investigation of the Directorate of Investigations of the Inspector General of the National Police of Peru, with competition in Lima and Callao, also the sampling was not probabilistic of census type. The technique used to collect information was the survey and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire that were duly validated through expert judgement and determining its driveability through the statistical analysis of Alfa de Cronbach whose value was 0.905 for the human talent management variable and 0.823 for the police performance variable. It is concluded that among the variables human talent management and police performance there is a positive and high correlation of Rho de Spearman de, 839 * * and a significance of P =,00 < P =,050. |
