Abstract	En el articulo se revela el resultado de una investigacion relacionada con la administracion del Talento Humano en la direccion distrital de salud de Manta. A partir de la aplicacion de metodos cientificos que inicialmente evidenciaron un diagnostico en el personal, medido en funcion de la gestion del departamento de Talento Humano, en ese mismo orden, se logro elaborar una estrategia con el fin ultimo de favorecer al personal de esta organizacion y en consecuencia a los asiduos consumidores del servicio de salud publica. STRATEGY FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT IN THE DISTRICT HEALTH MANAGEMENT MANTA ABSTRACT In the article the results of an investigation related to Human Resource Management at the district health directorate Manta is revealed. From the application of scientific methods that initially showed a diagnosis on staff, as measured by the management department of human talent, in that order, it was possible to develop a strategy with the ultimate aim of encouraging the staff of this organization and consequently consumer’s regular’s public health service KEYWORDS: Administration; Human Talent; Management District Health; Organization.
