| Abstract | The research was conducted in the canton Santo Domingo, belonging to the province of Sto. Sunday Tsachilas. The research process was developed in 120 calendar days from approval of the project. In the analysis of the problem, weaknesses facing the Cooperative Transport Zaracay plans regarding employee training and its impact on the quality of management and services provided to users pointed out. The literature review was based on the independent and dependent variables. In the proposed methodology, types of research, methods and techniques to be used to meet the proposed objectives was determined. Cooperative Zaracay the integrated transport officers, drivers totaling 156 people like sample; for purposes of analysis of users was established in the 78 units that make up the Cooperative travel approximately 7751 monthly users, after clearing the formula was simple probability sampling 56 respondents. The diagnosis of the current situation knowing deficiency and lack of administrative policies which have been running lately being that the institution does not improve administratively. Based on the objective could analyze the situation of human talent, which met with staff who need to be trained this reflects according to the census conducted with the result of 51% that said she was never given remedial responses to meet the need response, thus improving administrative condition. It must be designed elements that make the management of human talent for creating performance indicators for employees, being very important in its application. |
