| Abstract | Utilizing the projected Liouville equation method with equilibrium average projection scheme(EAPS), we study the magnetic dependence of cyclotron resonance effect in the electron-piezoelectric phonon coupling system. We have a more rigorous calculation with moderately weak coupling (MWC) interaction approximation. In MWC interaction scheme, the distribution function part of scattering factor function are quite different with the most previous results of many works, which used the extremely weak coupling(EWC) interaction approximation. Trough the numerical calculation of the result of the theory, we find that the width increases with the magnetic field in two materials. We also find that the magnetic dependence of the CRLW of the phonon emission process is more larger than the magnetic dependence of the CRLW of the phonon absorption process. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
