Abstract	This paper will take the professional division as an angle of view, and take integrating technique innovation resource efficiently and making the biggest profit as destination. On the base of analyzing the present situation of technique innovation in timber processing business enterprises in Heilongjiang province, the paper analyzes various innovation modes, getting the conclusion that the professional technique innovation mode is the best choice for timber processing business in Heilongjiang province. The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to break through the technique bottleneck in timber processing enterprises in Heilongjiang province, choose proper technique innovation mode and formulation of forestry industrial strategy.
