Abstract	This paper expounds the analytic method of State-owned enterprisepsilas management platform from the view of competitiveness. It takes saving of management-process-cost for main research object of State-owned enterprisepsilas management platform, and analyzes enterprisepsilas management platform theory from the perspective of management concept, property right system, organization form and management technology. The conclusion is that the regularity characteristics of contemporary effective enterprisepsilas management platform are: (1) establishing the idea of human-oriented scientific management; (2) establishing the sound modern enterprise system and deepening the reform of property rights system is the basic system security to improve the management efficiency of state-owned enterprises; (4) it is of great significance to establish a team-cooperation- organization for the purpose of combining industry objectives, aiming at state-owned enterprisespsila ldquolarge and all-embracing modelrdquo. (4) improving the ability to use modern technology means and establishing comprehensive information management system throughout the business process, etc.
