Abstract	In the uncertain and complex hyper competition environment, the enterprise organization control no longer is a control of resources. The super variability and non-linear of hyper competition environment decides dynamic adaptation of enterprise organization control. So the hyper competition environment is a dynamic enterprise control, in order to achieve strategic objectives and corporate enterprises have the resources to match. Thus the enterprise can not operate with mathematical certainty to the law governing the operation of the navy and its ability to describe the size. While some indicators can be controlled through enterprise data to accurately reflect the However, the relationship between parameters and the results are ambiguous. Because of this, This paper chooses integral evaluation , that is Comprehensive Assessment to evaluate the ability of the enterprise organization control under hyper competition environment. Based on the composition control of enterprise control system , this paper proposed enterprise evaluation system and selected 6 groups of samples data to carry on the comparison. Through the evaluation about the ability of enterprise organization control, the paper concluded that only in complex cognitive ability, learning ability and match ability based on the three aspects of coordination, enable enterprise can control the whole area.
