NDLI: Cost Control Analysis of Hydroelectric Engineering Based on AHM

Abstract	Generally, hydroelectric projects have long construction period, and its investment scale is very big. Simultaneously, its construction technology is difficult. Under these conditions, how to balance construction cost, schedule, and quality is always a problem concerned by constructors. In construction management, the optimum goal is minimum cost with the guarantee for schedule and quality. This paper analyzes the construction process of hydroelectric projects according to its characteristics in detail. On the basis of depth research, the cost control points were determined. After developing hydroelectric projects cost control system, the paper applies Analytic Hierarchical Model (AHM) to research a construction case, making a scheduling for its cost control points to make the direction of cost management clear in the future. The final purpose is to provide an evidence for enterprise to realize the optimum cost control.
