| Abstract | With increasing number of mobile operating systems, application market has also grown bigger. But these phones are restricted by their limited battery and processing power. SmartMobiCloud is a project that tries to put multiple mobiles OSes on cloud providing them immense power. This paper reports research about various ways of virtualizing mobile OSes, and decision metrics of bene cial o oading. It proposes an architecture for SmartMobiCloud and new methods of making o oading decisions.
