| Abstract | OZET: Bu araflt›rma kulturel bireysel yaklafl›m› temele ala- rak, Anadolu Teknik Lisesinde gorevli o¤retmenlerin bilgi ve iletiflim teknolojilerini kullanmalar›na -yenileflmeye- iliflkin varolan durum ve tercih ettikleri durumla ilgili gorufllerini saptamaya yonelik bir cal›flmad›r. Veriler araflt›rmac›lar tara- f›ndan gelifltirilen yap›land›r›lm›fl bir goruflme formu arac›l›- ¤›yla 43 o¤retmenle bire bir goruflme yap›larak toplanm›flt›r. Verilerin cozumlenmesi sonucunda; bilgisayar›n kullan›m du- rumlar›na, o¤renciye etkisine ve kullan›m amaclar›na iliflkin varolan durum puanlar›n›n tercih edilen durum puanlar›ndan dufluk olduu saptanm›flt›r. Okulda bilgisayar kullan›m›n› en- gelleyen unsurlar›n, ozendiren unsurlara gore counlukta ol- duu gorulmufltur. Ayr›ca, bilgisayar kullan›m durumlar› ile bilgisayar›n kullan›m amaclar› aras›nda varolan durum puan- lar› ile tercih edilen durum puanlar› aras›nda orta duzeyde po- zitif korelasyon bulunmufltur. Sonuc olarak o¤retmenlerin ter- cih edilen durumlarla ilgili puanlar›na bak›ld›¤›nda bilgisayar teknolojilerini daha fazla alanda ve daha cok kullanmay›, da- ha iyi eriflim ve donan›m koflullar›na sahip olmay› istedikleri gorulmufltur. Bu nedenle uygun koflullar saland›¤›nda o¤ret- menlerin bilgisayar kullan›m›yla ilgili kendilerine verilecek destee ac›k olduklar› ve yenileflmeyi surdurmek konusunda istekli olduklar› ileri surulebilir. Anahtar Sozcukler: yenileflme, yeninin yay›l›m›, kultu- rel-bireysel yaklafl›m, o¤retmenlerin bilgisayar kullan›m›, ABSTRACT: Aim of this research is to determine the vi- ews of teachers on present and preferred situation, related to their usage of information and communication technologies - innovation- having cultural individual approach as base. The data were collected by interviewing 43 teachers - assigned at an Anatolia Technical High School - one by one, through a structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of data analysing, it has been determined that present si- tuation grades were lower than preferred situation grades rela- ted to computer technologies usage, impact on student and purpose of usage. It has been also obtained that, the factors hindering the usage of computer are more than the appealing ones. Besides, middle level positive correlation was found at present and preferred situation grades between computer usa- ge situations and computer usage purposes. As a result, when teachers preferred situation grades were examined, teachers' expectations were on using computer technologies more and in larger areas, moreover having and accessing better hardwa- re. Therefore, it can be claimed that, when suitable conditions provided , teachers are open to the external support on com- puter usage and they are eager to continuity of innovation. |
