| Abstract | This paper is the result of a hard work performed during 2013 at the ATR Group company where standards of company organization are applied according to the ISO 9001-2008 certification of quality placing the company as a company with an excellent administration and this requires its main managers and executives a very demanding commitment with the company, leadership and teamwork to complete the certification of quality that allow the company to keep a management system and to be an important company in the region. The process was performed with the participation of the managers and the executives of ATR Group who provided the data to generate the ideas to standardize the process of the company. It was a very demanding challenge due to the lack of information such as registers, supports and informs and other documents that allowed to analyze the different process and functions of the company delaying the performance of the study. thus, different strategies are applied to advance the process of the study such as searching methods, observations, analysis, deductive methods and interviews that provided a closer analysis with more details about the company. This study, in addition to generating a positive impact on the sense of belonging by company officials also provided an opportunity to start a good organizational climate and introduce fundamental concepts such as continuous improvement and quality management system. The result of the study described below is the documentation of the Quality Manual, and in turn, required by ISO 9001-2008 documents such as manuals, processes, procedures and functions. Obtaining quality certification, rather than an achievement, it is an indisputable requirement for companies seeking to keep the international competitive edge with excellent market opportunities, generating not only trust, but also greater efficiency and quality when complying with the reason for existence of the company. |
