| Abstract | Document, implement and maintain a Quality Management System is a process that requires changes, but it brings significant improvements for organizations that carry it out. Among the advantages of having a quality management system established may be named: opening the gateway to international markets, preferred by customers, facilitating recruitment processes in the country, regulation and integration of organizational components, improving continuous empowerment, among others. This project is aimed to structure a system of quality management in GRECO Telecomunicaciones S.A., based on ISO 9001:2008, meeting all their requirements through the documentation of the elements 4. System Quality Management, 5.Management Responsibility 6. Resource Management, 7. Product Realization, 8.Measurement, analysis and improvement. It also aims to plan, measure, monitor and improve the quality of services, implementing corrective measures, preventive and improvement necessary to achieve it. |
