| Abstract | In this study, conducted in AMATIERRA CORPORATION, outlined an ambitious project that will benefit the organization where you can see the synergy, leadership, commitment and dedication of senior management and staff in general, to achieve the goal of fulfilling the requirements for quality certification, and most importantly, implement an organization to be competitive and qualified. In the process of collecting information, extensive research was conducted within the corporation, where the biggest challenge was the completion of documentation, because in this organization does not have a history, records, media or any information on the different processes and procedures that make it up, something that would have speeded up the project as such. Therefore, it became necessary to employ different research methods such as direct and detailed observation, the analytical method, the deductive method, and interviews. The latter allowed a closer and deeper and more detailed knowledge about the organization. This genre that each individual associated with the company develop a greater sense of belonging for her, greatly improving the organizational climate and also achieved the application of concepts like continuous improvement. The end result, the corporation developed the documentation of the quality manual and the documentation required as a condition in ISO 9001-2008, as the processes and procedures manuals, and the respective operating manuals. But the most important achievement is that staff awareness of the corporation and primarily to the senior management of the organization about the importance of execution and implementation of a quality management system. The quality certification builds confidence and security, creates greater opportunities in the market and makes the organization is projected as a company organized and avant-garde. |
