| Abstract | This research includes the meaning of the rationalities and practices of public health in the plans and actions of war in the municipality of La Macarena, from 2007 to 2016 and addresses the possibilities of transformation in the construction of peace from the territories. The conceptual framework in which the research problem is addressed is the critical theory and the southern epistemologies, making an effort to recognize the knowledge and knowledge constructed in the development of social and armed conflict. The methodological design is a case study, which is configured from the research program of Michel Foucault allowing to track and debit the rationalities and practices of the Colombian Military Forces and the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia Ejercito del Pueblo, which was developed in six phases: the first, gathering information and fieldwork in which interviews were conducted with: 8 ex-combatants of the FARC-EP, 4 FFMM officers with expertise in comprehensive action, 4 social leaders, 2 State officials; second, structuring and organizing the data; third, coding of the data; fourth, Conceptualization and explanation of the problem; fifth, Socialization and adjustment of the results and finally elaboration of the final report. The results are presented in two parts, one that contains the historical development of the actors in the territory and the other against the violation of the right to health in the conflict. Finally, an aside is made of synthesis of rationalities and practices, recommendations and conclusions. |
