Abstract	The main target of the present work ofgrade, is to analyze the practices ofdemocratization of the r ural families ofthe municipality of Grove of guava treesof Siquima to reach port to theconstructio n of territorial peace in theColombian current context, comprisingthe notions that the families hav e aboutpeace and democracy, its differentlydynamics, there were chosen 12 familiesof the munici pality of Grove of guavatrees, of different paths. To know the above mentioneddynamics, the foll owing skills wereapplied: group of discussion, workshopinvestigativo; it was identified that theli ving conditions of the families of Groveof guava trees of Siquima are good, nevertheless it is imp ortant tostrengthen the relations at institutionallevel since it perceives a fundamentalrights violati on as the health andeducation. So that a process of familiardemocratization exists and peaceconst ruction is necessary that thefamilies conceive how collective rightssubject, in Grove of guava tree s there isobserved how the families are anautonomous organization, whichtransforms its environ ment, since itexpresses that from the interior of thefamilies there can be generated changesthat fa vor the society, they admit likeexchange broker that they contributelike group the society. This w orkdeveloped during the year 2017.
