| Abstract | espanolEl presente espacio reflexivo, aborda las tensiones y desafios que emergen del itinerario deprogramas y politicas en torno a la Formacion Inicial Docente en Chile (FID) en la ultimadecada. En este sentido, se evidencia la influencia de los cambios globales en este ambitoy la incidencia en las rutas de innovacion y cambio llevadas a cabo en America Latina yen Chile. Las caracteristicas de estos nuevos escenarios muestran una preocupacion porla excesiva desregulacion del sistema de educacion superior en el ambito de la formaciondocente, sin embargo, las acciones realizadas y los lineamientos a futuro, desafian a lasinstituciones formadoras a cambiar en un contexto de extremo control del diseno curricular. EnglishThis reflection addresses strains and challenges emerging from the itinerary of programs and policies related to the initial teacher training in Chile in the last decade. In this sense, it notes the influence of global changes in this area and the impacts on pathways for innovation and change in Latin America and Chile. The characteristics of these new scenarios point to a concern for the excessive deregulation of the higher education system in the field of teaching training. However, actions taken and future guidelines challenge training institutions to change in a context of extreme control of curriculum design. |
