| Abstract | The third dimension of human rights is the fraternity that has as one of its environmental rights that requires more effective protection in this way we try to get on the ethics of responsibility combined with the Metatheory of the Fraternal Law elements that could strengthen the legal protection of ecologically balanced environment. This article aims to present the Fraternal Law as an inductor of the theory of the principle of responsibility and an alternative being studied for the effective protection of the environment as a human right in confronting the environmental crisis created by the society of risk. |
