| Abstract | With this research work is intended to make an important contribution to the change of culture and thinking of Colombians, especially students and future professionals of law, for this point number two of the peace agreements signed between the guerrilla group of the Farc and the government of ex-president Juan Manuel Santos. The idea is born from this great social sense and because it is a polemic issue that has the country polarized, for which it was proposed as a general objective: Analyze the principles of democracy from the political exercises allowed from point number 2 of the agreement of Peace between the Farc and the Government, in order to develop the research, the methodology was used, which highlights the implementation of the Interpretive Paradigm, because it will allow understanding and interpreting the reality of what is established within point number two of the peace agreement on participation in politics of the demobilized, and Identify the political scenarios generated in Colombia based on the evolution of said agreement.
