| Abstract | The present work suggest the continuous improvement of an organization through a process approach, training staff involved in standardized procedures for the operation and control of them. The methods used include a characterization of processes with SIPOC method, and applications of 5’s in the work center, in order to, start a Vendor Managed Inventory with the Holder of manufacturing the products. The objectives achieved include the standardization of processes of Supply Planning and Operations, also, stocks stabilize between $ 5'000.000, 00 and $ 6'000.000, 00 million, and improvement on formalization of business processes of the organization. By applying a methodology of Vendor Managed Inventory, the organizations reach a rotate their inventory with the forecasts of market demand, reducing costs for excess inventories and worldwide distribution costs, for which, it should establish a formal operating procedures that ensure inventory records and the administration of the Distribution Centers… |
