Abstract	This project started with the identification, gathering information, design and analysis of the processes in Products Distribution Center Avon Ecuador, so it could be done a Processes Manual to give to the center that was validated by the area leaders with their personal, according to the suggestions for improvement established as owners and process members. In Chapter 1 is the description of Avon Products. It is referenced to productive matrix, also is presented the problem, its statement and the general and specific objectives. In Chapter 2 was developed the theoretical frame used as base to perform the investigation project. In Chapter 3 was detailed the methodology applied starting with the analysis of the organizational strategy, gathering information, application of the satisfaction survey, process analysis, process modeling in BPMN, proposed of measurement and control and to give to the center, the documentation that conforms the processes manual. The Chapter 4 is conformed by the conclusions and recommendations that were the result of the methodology applied in the previous chapter. It is presented annexes and bibliography used for develop the investigation project.
