| Abstract | Uno de los retos de la escuela del siglo XXI es atender a la diversidad y pluralidad del alumnado, y para ello es necesario apoyarse en las condiciones de participacion y democracia, dando un giro a la intervencion educativa y transformando las aulas en centros inclusivos donde todos, sin excepcion, tengan derecho a disfrutar de una educacion de calidad a lo largo de la vida. Las comunidades de aprendizaje son un ejemplo de centros innovadores capaces de atender a la diversidad desde una vertiente mas social e inclusiva, donde se elaboran propuestas encaminadas a atender a la diversidad, erradicar el fracaso escolar y dar un enfoque educativo capaz de abordar las inquietudes y expectativas que el alumnado demanda, todas ellas contribuyentes a la mejora educativa, lo que nos lleva a analizar aquellas herramientas educativas susceptibles de ser transferidas a los centros de Educacion Primaria con objeto de mejorar la practica educativa y la accion docente. [ABSTRACT] One of the challenges of the twenty-first century school is dealing with diversity and plurality of students, and it is therefore necessary to rely on the conditions of participation and democracy, turning to the educational intervention and transforming classrooms in inclusive schools where all without exception, are entitled to enjoy a quality education throughout life. Learning communities are an example of innovative centers capable of dealing with diversity from a more social aspect and inclusive, where proposals are made to deal with diversity, eradication of school failure and provide an educational approach capable of addressing the concerns and expectations that students demand, all contributing to educational improvement, which leads us to analyze the tools education which can be transferred to Elementary Schools to improve educational practice and teaching activities. |
