| Abstract | Evaluation of patients with chest pain (CP) is one of the biggest challenges for health workers assisting in the emergency department. During the development of this essay the management of this type of patients will be presented, from entering the emergency department of the Hospital of Navarra module A (CHN-A old hospital of Navarra) until they leave this, either by hospital discharge or admission in another department of the hospital. Will be compared the management of patients suffering from CP with other hospitals in Navarra and identify the major differences. Finally, after a review of the current protocol, and the comparative literature search a number of improvements based on scientific evidence will be propose. |
