VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA INSTITUCIONAL DURANTE A PARTURIÇÃO: revisão integrativa da literatura

Abstract	A violencia institucional durante o parto e qualquer ato ou intervencao direcionada a parturiente ou desrespeitando sua autonomia. Em vista disso, o objetivo deste trabalho e identificar os principais tipos de violencia obstetrica relatados pelas mulheres no momento do parto. Para tanto, realizamos uma revisao integrativa da literatura desenvolvida nas bases de dados Scielo, Lilacs e BDENF, com textos publicados entre 2010 a 2016. Foram selecionados 06 artigos que nortearam o estabelecimento das seguintes categorias: violencia institucional como violacao de direitos e atos de negligencia e violencia fisica durante o parto. Verificou – se que a violencia obstetrica esta presente na assistencia a parturicao dentro das maternidades no cotidiano dos servicos de saude atraves da conduta profissional por relacoes de poder, autoridade e condutas desrespeitosas. INSTITUTIONAL OBSTETRIC VIOLENCE DURING PARTURITION: integrative literature review ABSTRACT Institutional violence during childbirth is any act or intervention directed at the parturient or disrespecting her autonomy. With that in mind, this paper aims at identifying the most common kinds of obstetric violence reported by women at the moment of giving birth. For that, we conducted an integrative literature review developed on the data bases Scielo, Lilacs e BDENF, with texts published from 2010 to 2016. 6 papers were selected to guide the development of the following categories: institutional violence as a violation of rights and acts of negligence and physical violence during childbirth. Obstetric violence is present in the assistance to parturition within maternities in the daily lives of health services through the professional conduct and power relationships, authority and disrespectful conducts.
