| Abstract | Object. To evaluate the survival of the cadaveric donor kidney with the matching of HLA, in the Juarez Hospital. Methods. Reviewing of 22 clinic files since the making of the tipping of HLA in patients on the waiting list for a cadaveric kidney donor. Results. We found a kidney function in patients with mismatch HLA in a month of 85%, 6 months of 71%, 12 months of 57%, 18 months of 28% and 24 months of 14%; compared with matching of HLA were we found a kidney function at one month of 86%, 6 months of 78%, 12 months of 63%, 18 months of 45% and 24 months of 44%. Conclusions. We observe that the well match HLA had a better kidney function that the ones who had mismatch HLA. |
